The bedroom in our shared home - is fairly large - comes with a bed - nice tall dresser - TV - hardwood floors, and closet space.
Utilities included: Heat - Hydro - Satellite TV - High Speed triple gated Internet - Water
Washer and Dryer on and is 1 $ per load or 5 $ per month to use. There is also an outside clothesline that is nice to use during the summer.

Your bedroom is of course your own personal and private refuge and space.

Shared areas - are just that shared areas - you use them and respect them as you would your own private space, but understand that others will also wish to use them.
Shared areas include: Bathroom, Sitting / Dinning Room, kitchen, front porch and large gardened back yard with sitting tables.
We have parked your future home, on a quiet dead end street, and put a bus stop right on the corner that goes downtown. There is parking for one vehicle, and there is a few KM's of park across the road, for when you want to spend some time in the great outdoors.

First and Last weeks / months rent is required - There may be an opportunity for reduced rent if you are good at painting - house repairs etc etc.
