Private room for rent in house

Description

I am currently looking for a room mate that would be a good fit for myself and 2 dogs, that would be occupying the other bedroom. Room for rent is available now for the month to month terms starting December 1st.
Not looking to make money off of anyone, just someone to split the bills with. The most ideal roommate would be someone who works a lot and/or has the opposite schedule of me. someone that wouldn’t be considered a “home body”. Being that i do work from home and that it is a smaller house, it just prevents us from being on top of each other all day or all the time. I am pretty easy going and laid back. There’s only 2 things that i really ask and that is to clean up after yourself and pay the rent on time. The location is mins from anywhere you want or need to go. Downtown, the beach, and . There is a $ deposit required with 1st months rent which is $ a month. Rent includes all utilities (water, power, cable, and internet) Pets could be allowed with a $ deposit, and given that everyone gets along. (Must like dogs) and a NON-SMOKING INSIDE.
