Rent is $ per month for one room and $ for both rooms, with utilities not included. I will be living in the master bedroom downstairs and the living room area is furnished. I'm a part of the LGBTQ+ community, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and easygoing. I own a cat who will mainly be in my area.
