Description

This listing is for a private second-floor room with its own bathroom. The bedroom is thirteen by ten and is paired with a full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo and ample storage space. The bathroom is conveniently located right next to your room, so no long or awkward walks are needed.

The home is currently occupied by me and my longtime friend. We are both men in our mid-twenties, clean, respectful, and looking for a like-minded roommate. There is one dog in the home, so applicants must be comfortable with pets.

Living Conditions:
• Single occupancy only—no exceptions
• No smoking inside the home
• No illegal substances
• No self-hosted parties or large gatherings without prior consent
• Cleanliness required in both common areas and private quarters

Requirements to Apply:
• Must have a full-time job with proof of employment (pay stubs, certified job offer, etc.) OR proof of college enrollment with financial aid
• Consent to a fifty dollar third-party credit/background check fee
• refundable security deposit equal to one months rent

The sublease will be a Month-to-month contract, that way if the fit isn’t right no one is stuck. Though if the fit is right we would strongly prefer a roommate who wants to stay for an extended period of time.

Rent:
hundred and fifty dollars per month + utilities, due on or before the 1st of each month.
