I am trying to find someone to take over my lease due to unexpected family circumstances. My roommate Katie will be responsible for the other half. She is a PhD student at OU and is very clean. We live in a townhouse with a small backyard. There are two parking spaces up front. Katie has one male cat that is neutered. We have a decent sized kitchen and living space with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and an electric stove. The bedroom you'd be taking is a large size with two closets. It's able to fit a queen size bed, two dressers, an end table, and a desk/office chair. You would have to furnish your bedroom but everything else already has furniture.
