I have a room for rent in my apartment located in Valley Village (next to Studio City/North Hollywood).

-Large 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment
-Large bedroom, ample closet space and own bathroom (located outside the bedroom)
- Plenty of room for a king bed, small couch, dresser, etc.
-Laundry room on
-Pool
-Street parking
-Close to the red line/public transportation
-Background check with proof of income
-Unfurnished (room currently has a bed if needed)
-No pets
- month lease
--Monthly rent: $ (includes utilities)/$ non-refundable security deposit (goes towards painting and shampooing carpets)

-Huge sports nut (Steelers, Dodgers, Lakers)
-Professional, gay, Latin Male
-Easy-going, respectful, drama-free and looking for the same
-Work in licensing / entertainment industry
-Prefer a night in, to a night out; however, I do love a good dive bar
-Biggest pet peeve is someone who doesn't clean up the kitchen after they've cooked
