- Living Room: Bright and spacious, but my roommate rarely uses it, so it’s practically yours.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped, and since my roommate doesn’t cook, it’s mostly available for you.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer conveniently located in the apartment.
• Extra Room: There’s an additional room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom.
• Parking: Includes a driveway parking space.
• No Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.

The room is officially available starting February 1, but I can be flexible with an earlier move-in date since I’m planning to move out around January .
