Hello, I’m looking for a female roommate for the second room in my apartment, located on the beach around th and Collins Ave. the building has parking, pool, gym, hot tub and direct beach access. Please let me know if you interested. Available immediately or Jan months minimum.
Looking for a respectable responsible person with no parties no strangers in the house, keep common areas clean.

Also, I can offer a smaller room for $ that doesn’t have a window, but the living room is huge. That will be pictures number .
Both come with its own bathroom and shower.
