Hi there! I’m Claire and am a year old female looking for a responsible, fun, and easy-going roommate to share my bathroom apartment in Oceanside! Rent: $/month + approx. $/month each for utilities (electric, internet, water, etc.). Move in date: January th, but can move in sooner if needed. Lease term: Month-to-month (flexible!) Available room: Unfurnished, spacious, with natural light and closet. Parking: 1 spot available for the apartment- I don’t have a car at the moment so the spots all yours until I get my new one! Apartment features: Pool, hot tub (great for relaxing after work or on weekends!), and a convenient communal washer/dryer room on-! Location: There is a bus stop right outside of the apartment complex, a -min walk to the closest train station and only an min drive or a 7 min train ride from the beach!!! Neighborhood: Quiet, safe and close to so many places! Nearby: Close to a nail salon, a pottery studio, a gym, Stater Bros, restaurants, banks, Walgreens, and a Starbucks- everything you need is close by! A little bit about me: I’m originally from Arizona and moved here in March! I’m a creative, chill person who loves art, spending time at the beach, going out, hanging out with friends and am friendly :) I currently work as a bartender and server and I just got my license to be a hairstylist!! I’m super excited to get started in the hair world out here :) Since I currently work 2 jobs, I’m not home a lot. I’m looking for either a young female or respectful male who’s just as fun, easy to get along with, and to hang with if we click!! Someone who is responsible, clean, and communicative when it comes to household matters (like rent on time). NO pets allowed ( sorry, not my rule :,( ).
