A Note About Pets: As much as I adore animals and would love to welcome them all, I cannot accommodate additional pets for the well-being of my two cats who call this place home
Smoking Policy: While I've listed this as a non-smoking property, I am cannabis-friendly with mindfulness: if you partake, I ask that you smoke on the balcony during summer or by an open window in winter.
Inclusivity with House Guidelines: An inclusive space for women of all religions, ethnicities and sexual preferences. I especially welcome Spanish-speaking women, as I'm learning the language and would love to practice and connect.
I deeply respect and celebrate diverse identities (LGBTQ2SIA ally), and I've chosen to prioritize women-only roommates at this time. This is a private home, and my choice reflects my own current needs and is made with care and thoughtfulness.
Pricing and Usage: The listed rent reflects the inclusive nature of the home and its amenities. For those with minimal usage (such as those who are mostly away and use the home primarily for sleeping), I'm open to discussing arrangements that reflect that lifestyle.
