The property is located just 20 minutes from Boulder and 40 minutes from Denver.

There is no private entrance. No pets (no exceptions). The ideal tenant is professional, independent, responsible, non-smoking, and easy-going with a stable income.This is not a roommate situation, I will be upstairs in a separate area.
