Room for student: a month

My friend and I (both 2nd year male UBC students) are looking for one other to move into a 4 bedroom detatched house in early January .

The room offered is an ensuite, including a large bathroom within the room.

The house is minutes away from UBC, and is on West th and Granville. There are bus stops within metres of the house.

For this case, the room would be going for $ per month due to the size of the room and the private bathroom. You would be sharing the house with others, as it is a four bedroom residence.
