House in Tempe/South Scottsdale

Hello everyone!

I am currently searching for two male roommates to live in my house in North Tempe/ South Scottsdale. Move-in is available in early February or late January.

There are two available rooms with a shared bathroom, a Garage that is to be turned into office space, a spacious back yard, all utilities included, and a furnished living room and kitchen. Rent will be approximately $/mo not including utilities which come out to $/mo. There is also one well-trained Dog in the house.

The ideal person is:

• Financially Stable (willing to show bank statements)

• Student or young professional

• Ages

• Able to commit to at least 1 year

• Able to pass an extensive background check

• Tidy, communicative, honest, and relatively quiet.

• ***Not necessary but a bonus if the person identifies as Christian and upholds Christian values.
