About me: I’m a professional working from home and looking for someone to sublease for my current roommate who is moving out of the country. I have cats who are very sweet. I normally keep the apartment very tidy and don’t have a lot of people over but I don’t mind if you do.
About the apartment: My lease ends April . I love this complex but would like to move to a 1st floor unit at the end of the lease since I have an elderly dog. I/we could also look for other complexes if we’d like but this apartment community is truly amazing. Utilities are not included so we would split the costs for washer/dryer, water, electric, cleaning, renter’s insurance, and internet every month. This comes out to about an additional $, normally less though.
