Hi there Looking for a new Roommate!
I’m looking for a responsible roommate who’s willing to sign a legal contract. We’re open to any gender or person, but you must have a job (at least part-time) — landlord will have to verify employment.
Our household is generally not too loud, but we keep things quiet Monday through Thursday after p.m. out of respect for work and sleep schedules.
