LG bedroom w/ bathroom and patio

Full apartment: $/month, through Bell Real Estate (Apt # beds, patios, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, heating, 1 parking space, and utilities included in rent except for electric and WiFi. No pets unless ESA.

I live here now with my cousin but he'll be moving out soon so I'm looking for someone to take his room which is twice as big as mine and has its own bathroom and patio, which is why I'm asking a bit more than half the total rent price. This room is huge so it'd be great for one person or a couple. No set move-in date yet but we're flexible, probably between January-April. I have a deaf cat (ESA) so if you have a pet it would have to be compatible with her. I would like to meet in person with any interested roommates before anything is decided. I'm a student so other people students will be warmly welcomed!
