Master with ensuite for rent

Description

Renting master bedroom in our bath house. The master has an ensuite bathroom and custom walk in closet. This house has a huge backyard and plenty of storage! Always residential street parking available out front.

We are flexible with having friends or significant others over as long as it does not turn into a long term stay. We like to keep common areas clean, value good communication, and are overall easy-going. Maddi has one sweet 7 year old dog, Joe (border collie golden mix) and a cat, Charlie. Joe does not do well with larger male dogs unfortunately. The move in date is flexible from January 1st until the end of February. The $ price includes: rent, water, sewer, trash a required resident $ package by the property managers. Xcel (gas and electric) and internet will be split each month evenly between the 3 of us. Anything else you want to know feel free to ask!

You would be living with two other roommates. Dillon, a year old who works at Fidelity working part time in office and part time from home (office is in the basement). The other roommate Maddi, is a year old vet tech that is also in school currently. The master bedroom and Dillon's room would be upstairs with Maddi living in the basement downstairs.
