Easy-going, neat, and respectful!

I’m a friendly introvert that takes pride in being a clean, respectful person with a warm smile for all. I enjoy going for a run on most mornings, cruising around on my OneWheel to unwind with good music, and being my niece’s favorite uncle!I graduated with a BA in Film from UCSB in , but have found comfort working in the food industry for well over a decade (primary background as a sushi chef).

I’ve been renting out a room in a 2-bedroom condo for the last 5 years but the owner is selling (he’ll be sure to give me a great recommendation!) I’m currently an Assistant Culinary Manager for Nick’s Restaurant’s (soon to be transferring from the Belmont Shore location for the opening at Newport Beach). I’m out of the house on most days for + hours and simply need a place to sleep, do laundry, watch movies, and sports on my days off.
