Female owner occupant retains the master bedroom and has two small non-allergenic dogs. Early ’s. Enjoys gardening, walking and taking dogs to dog park. Outdoor activities - mountain biking, hiking and enjoying the view. Works locally and is home often.

Roommate: professional male, early ’s works for a local tribe in tech. Works Mon-Fri . He gets up at and is gone by . Home at 5 and meal preps usually nights a week. Games quietly in his room the rest of the evening. Gone on weekends to visit family and friends. Very clean and kept to himself.

Potential roommate: Will be a professional with verified income that works outside of the home, no children - even on the weekends, and no pets. Will be clean and cordial only adding to the respectful and copacetic existing vibe of the house. You will never have to deal with anyone else’s dishes in the sink or laundry in the wash and we expect the same.

The house: bed + loft, large, private backyard with comfortable seating areas and a table for outdoor dining. Use of the kitchen and laundry room. Off street parking enough for everyone. You will share a bathroom with the male roommate. House has hardwood floors throughout except in two of the rooms. Your room and the bathroom has been recently painted and the carpets cleaned.
