I’m looking for roommates for some available rooms in a spacious -bath, sq ft house in the Bear Creek area of Lakewood. Rooms will be available on January 1st.

Location:
- Down the block from the Bear Creek open space and trails — great for a post-work walk or a morning jog.
- -minute drive to Downtown
- -minute drive to Red Rocks
- 5-minute drive to Belmar
- Strategically located to beat the rush to the mountains & ski resorts on the weekends.

The House:
- A spacious ranch with a fully finished basement. The main level has 3 bedrooms and the basement has 2 bedrooms.
- The common areas (all rooms except for the bedrooms) are fully furnished and includes two living rooms, a dining room, and a huge kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
- The basement bathroom is brand new and the main bathroom upstairs is getting a brand new walk-in shower put in this month.
- Brand new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs and brand new carpet downstairs.
- In-unit washer and drier.
- Big, fully fenced, backyard with patio furniture.

Rent:
- The master (with private bathroom) is $ per month and all other rooms are $. All utilities included.
- Ideally looking for a one-year lease but shorter lease terms considered for the right candidates

Pets:
- Open to one more dog in the house as long as it’s well trained and gets along well with my dog.

Other:
- All common household items such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. are restocked regularly at no cost.
