Hi guys! I am looking for someone to sublease my bath apartment! It's sqft, and an upstairs downstairs layout. The apartment complex is Mack Park apartments in Denton TX. It's a base rent of $
a month and you will not have to pay a security deposit because you will inherit mine. I can send pictures of the actual apartment to those that are interested as well as a monthly breakdown of the utilities that you'll pay on top of rent. We move out in January so you can move in as early as January th and you will start rent February 1st. We loved the apartment but we're just moving to Lewisville! I will have the place professionally cleaned for whomever moves in. The lease ends July but you can always resign with them. The apartment complex is very relaxed about pets so that shouldn't be an issue. Truly a great apartment in a very convenient area. PM me if interested and we can talk through everything.
