Room for Rent in Friendly, Cozy House near Trails and Local Spots

Hi! We have a room available in our home as our former roommate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We’re looking for a friendly, responsible roommate to join us!

About Us:

I’m Elizabeth, , and I’m the homeowner. I work out of the garage as a jeweler and painter, and I enjoy two-stepping and swimming at Barton Springs. I’m also a new gardener and am really enjoying the process.

Our other roommate, Cassie, is a nanny and often shares homemade treats. She loves to craft.

We each keep to our own lives but enjoy friendly chats in the house. The thermostat stays at °F during the day and °F at night, and we generally wind down around p.m. The utility + internet bills are split and averages between $ per person depending on the weather and roommate usage. The room is furnished with a bed, side table and desk. Open to moving things around.

About the House and Neighborhood:

-Conveniently located near great bars, restaurants, and an HEB just 5 minutes away.

-Both LA Fitness and Planet Fitness are 5 minutes away.

-There’s a trailhead that starts in the neighborhood that leads to Slaughter Creek Greenbelt which offers beautiful spots to explore (check out the last few photos for a peek!).

We’re hoping for a roommate who:

-Has good credit and a history of rent on time.

-Is tidy, respectful, and pitches in with household basics like taking out the trash and cleaning dishes.

-Has experience living in a shared house (good communicator)

-Enjoys living in a calm and considerate space.

Note: No pets, please!
