ROOMS FOR RENT ONLY! I'm a y/o female looking for TWO roommates/renters to split the mortgage on my family 's house. If you want a place close to the mountains/downtown with plenty of space, please contact me!

Ideally, someone needing a -month lease and another needing a -month lease would be great. Seeking other women and queer community members to rent. No couples or families, please.

There are full baths. Some bedrooms can come partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on preference. There's in-unit laundry, full kitchen appliances, central AC and heat, a wood-burning fireplace, a large fenced yard, an upper-level deck, and a SimplySafe alarm system installed throughout the home. Parking is outdoors, and pets are welcome for the most part (no large animals).

The rent is $/month. WiFi, electricity, trash, and utilities are not included, so about $/month is added per renter's bill, totaling roughly $/month.
