Looking for someone to take over my current unit at Stadium View Apartment. It's close to Texas A&M. There is a bus stop(route ) right outside of the unit, take you from the apartment straight to Memorial Student Center. Also just a minutes walk to Kyle Field and Recreation Center. There are Target, Walmart, and two HEB nearby within minutes drive. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, and the furniture can be rent from the apartment monthly. The rent covers the internet and one parking spot, visitor parking is free. The management of the apartment is great and they responded fast. There are some free food at the office occasionally, and events on the holidays. A swimming pool and a dog park at the apartment.
