Hello everyone! My name is Jenny and I’m moving out from my apartment so I have a room available starting December 1st! I’m leaving November th so there’s an option to move in a little earlier if needed. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. My current roommates are very kind, friendly, and clean. They both attend UNF.

You will be taking over my lease starting December. The original lease begins from August 1 and ends on July .

Monthly:

• Rent is $ per month, including water.

• Utilities are usually around $ each (split three ways) for JEA and Xfinity.

• Condo is located in Avanti at Kernan Blvd/Beach Blvd behind the Publix. We're on the 3rd floor.

• You'd be sharing a bathroom with one other person (bathroom pictured).

• There is one room that is directly across the bathroom and the other room adjacent to it.

• We got brand new carpet as of .

• The kitchen has an island and the appliances (fridge, oven/stove, washer/dryer) were brand new as of .

• The living room has a fireplace and a screened-in porch.

• Parking decals available but there are plenty of visitor parking.

• And there's a garage included with the condo for extra storage.
