Tenancy takeover January

Description

I'm a current student at Northumbria that will leave from Newcastle on January as my exchange programme ends. I'm offering a tenancy takeover of my current room to start on January. It is a private room with private bathroom, shared kitchen with other four flatmates. Large stove, dishwasher, wash machine, dryer, toaster, fridge, microwave are included at the flat. Gym and common spaces also included. Payment is pounds per week. If interested message me.
