Hi there! My friend and I have found a stunning house in Nunhead/Peckham that we’d love to move into. However, to make it affordable, we’re looking for a couple or someone willing to pay £ to move in. Here’s the catch: we haven’t put an offer down yet, so we’d need to know our future housemates beforehand to proceed. We’ve included some photos from the listing


About the House:
Location: Nunhead/ Peckham
Features: very spacious Victorian house with double bedrooms. Close transport links to Nunhead, Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye modern kitchen, and lovely garden.
Rent: Approximately £ however there is wiggle room depending on the room you would select. Property is so calculated based on a 4way split
Move-in date: working towards mid December
Rooms available: A double room perfect for a couple
About Us:
We’re two professionals in our s I work as a project manager in the media/radio industry and Justin works in broadcasting. We’re looking for housemates who are friendly, clean, and reliable. A couple who enjoys a mix of socialising and respecting personal space would be ideal.
