Access to common areas such as living room/ dining room and kitchen. Owner is male, likes to listen to music and rest when he can. Only wants one roommate, preference male (female still welcome to apply) no couples, no animals (extremely allergic), no kids. Space usually used as a man cave to escape us (family lol).
