Seeking roommate ASAP for ba

Hey! Looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in the house I rent ASAP as my current roommate is moving out. I'm yo and mostly keep to myself but also down to hang out occasionally. The rental is whole back/rear house, bath. You'd have the downstairs room which is large and has a full closet. Most of the house is updated and we have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, free laundry in the basement, lots of storage, front porch and deck, and space for gardening. I'm also doing updates and maintenance myself for the landlord currently. Rent is split between /month but I'm ok with working something out since I have the larger room already. I do have two very friendly old cats, and another cat would be perfectly fine if you have one. Happy to send more recent pics and give any more details! I haven't taken any since the previous roommates things are scattered at the moment while in the process of moving.
