Easy access to / Central Expressway / San Thomas Expressway. You will hardly have to deal with traffic. Plenty of parking on long driveway and there’s always parking available on street (unrestricted), motorcycle or bicycle parking available inside garage. Garage also has a second fridge and assigned storage spaces.
