Danielle, Dani, Kyle, and I are Sylvan (formerly Hatteras) House. We're 4 person co-ed home of LA Christians not just living in LA, but doing our best to disciple and pour into each other in an effort to figure out what 'family' could mean. Iterations of this house have existed since ! We all go to various churches, and we're looking to replace me (Brian) as he moves out.
There is a preference for one roommate, but possibly open to 2 more in total. If the mission of the house sounds good, we'd love to talk.
To clarify, there is a Landlord that hires a Leasing Company (California Real Estate Services) to manage the property.
Should you wish to apply, besides a required interview with the roommates ahead of time. you will be required to fill out an application to CRES, with requirements of a minimum credit score and Proof Of Income.

This Application does NOT guarantee approval for a lease; CRES has clarified to us they need to present the application to the Landlord, and the Landlord needs to approve.
You will be replacing an existing tenet (me) for the remainder of the lease (till February ). We have gotten off-record comments CRES likes us, and would want us there 'forever.' CRES has expressed it is more than likely the lease will reinstate in Feb .
