RENT IS $850 PER MONTH *** Hello. If you want to live in a peaceful, safe environment & safe neighborhood, then this could be the place for you. On August 01, 2026 & again on September 1, 2016 I will have a rooms available for rent. The room with a full, attached bathroom is located on the 2nd floor with a rent of $1000 per month. The room with a 3/4, attached bathroom is on the 1st floor with a rent of $850 per month. My house is in Oswego, IL. I have other friendly male roommates. I live in a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood in Oswego, IL. If you party, drink excessively, smoke anything... then my place is most definitely not for you. Rent includes *** NEWER ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOMS!!! ***, use of kitchen, living room, laundry room (includes laundry detergent), flat screen television in bedroom, streaming service, wifi & off street parking space for average size car. Pets are never allowed. Very periodical overnight guests can be discussed. The bedrooms are very recently renovated with fresh paint, new trim, doors & ceiling fan. The bedrooms are furnished with a bed & a dresser. A newer hardwood floor was installed less than 3 years ago. ABILITY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER ROOMMATES IS A MUST. You MUST be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Shoes cannot be worn in the house & must be left at the door. I do run a credit & criminal background check on all my roommates.
