• New renovated bathrooms
• Beautiful views
• Internet
• Central air/ heat
• Guest parking
• Walking distance to Central Brentwood/ San Vicente Blvd.

Your monthly portion would come out to:

• $3 gas

• $ cleaning lady
• Payments made via Zelle

As with electricity and gas it all depends on the usage.

No pets as I am allergic to the cuties and I am not a smoker. I like sunlight and fresh air. I am fully vaccinated and social distance when necessary. I work remote 1 day a week and 4 days in the office.
