House is centrally located minutes from Downtown, and Street Base and Coronado Beach, and minutes from Southwestern College. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and TV. The house is newly renovated and it's 5 a bedroom 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen dining room and living room are shared, and also furnished. Also, there is a shared extra larger outdoor covered patio area.The house is compromised of s responsible working adults. The house is clean and well maintained. Looking for a responsible clean adult that seeks a relaxed and positive environment to live in.No-smoker, No-pets, SingleOccupant only. A deposit (1 month of rent) and 1 Month rent would be due prior to move in providing background check and credit score approved (minimum ). The utilities, internet and monthly cleaning service are split equal between roommate/tenants.
