*Clean & Hygienic (is a MUST!)
*No smoking
*No pets allowed
*No parties or visitors in the unit ( U can use the barbeque area during summer.
*Needs to participate in a weekly cleaning. Esp the common area like washroom and kitchen.(we are very strict with keeping our place clean and organize🙌)

Requirements:
*First and Last Payment
*No bringing of bed bugs please. U need to clean all your stuff before moving in. (We prefer renters that doesnt bring alot of stuff)
*1250 permonth Wifi and Laundry is included.
*This is a min of 6 months to 1 year.
*Proof of funds and employement
