I am subletting my room in a beautiful shared apartment, in CBD, right across Anzac park.
The room is available from th of October till th of December, so around weeks, but can be extended if needed!
You will be sharing the apartment with a lovely couple from Italy.
The room is furnished of course and it’s open for both couples and single people.
There are amenities required for cooking and washing/drying clothes.

- cutlery
- air fryer
- fridge
- dishwasher
- laundry
- drier
- toaster
- big TV in the living room
- high speed internet
- anything else that comes, please let me know, we for sure have it, I just probably haven’t listed it.
You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, that can you can also filled with hot water and becomes a tub.
I’ll be putting away all my items and clothes in a storage room, so you will have the whole space/wardrobe empty for your stuff.
There is a pool on the th floor with a heated jacuzzi on the side, with an amazing view of the city.
There is also a gym and sauna, all included in the rent, nothing additionally needs to be paid.
Rent for singles is aud/w, with one week bond and two weeks rent to be paid.
Rent for couples is aud/w, again with one week bond and two weeks rent to be paid.
All bills are included in the rent, so that’s all you will be throughout your stay.
