- **Rent:** per month, due on the 1st of each month
- **Deposit:** Required (equal to one month's rent)
- **Utilities:** Included (except food)
- **Bathroom:** Shared with one other person
- **Kitchen:** Shared; must be kept clean after use
- **Gym:** Includes treadmill, TV, and weights; must be kept clean after every use
- **Room Furnishings:** Bed, nightstand, desk, blackout curtains (can be adjusted or removed upon request)
- **Pets:** Not allowed (we already have 3 cats and a dog)
- **Occupancy:** For one person only (no couples or families)
- **Noise Level:** Not always a quiet house, also not noisy, but respectful of city noise ordinances
