The lot is on 2 acres. You are allowed 2 large animals (horses) on the property although there are none, but if you happen to have a llama you can bring your llama along. Across the street is a cow pasture so you get a nice view on that side too. If they moo while you're cooking on the grill just ignore it. The property is entirely fenced in entirely all the way around, so it is safe for dogs and children. If you're into gardening have at it, claim your spot!

Nearest boat ramp is ¼ miles away, nearest large boat ramp is Ft Hammer Park 4 miles. Nearest canoe launch on the lake is 1 step out the back door. Peddle boat, canoes and life vests are ready and waiting. There is an RV/boat pad if needed. The HOA has a very private park right on the river just for the small neighborhood of houses... so you get a bonus river front access on the Manatee River too.

This house used to be an Airbnb. It stayed booked solid during the cooler months of the year when the snow birds came to visit but the summer months were too slow to maintain it as a vacation home. This is a house made for entertaining.

I am in the process of remodeling, painting after the previous renter. At the moment rooms are ready to use. I can do furnished if you need it. There is still plenty of stuff here and whatever is left is going to storage. At the moment I am the only one living here while I empty and redo the house.
