My house is located in University Heights and is close to many restaurants, coffee shops and public transportation. It has a beautiful backyard and has laundry and storage in the garage. The house is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom. The house has one shared bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen, front sunroom and back sunroom.
A little about me: I’m a teacher. I have a sweet cat named Indigo. I’m typically pretty neat and organized.
Rent is $ bucks including utilities (internet, gas, electric, trash, water).
No other pets are allowed.
