The property is PET and SMOKE free due to allergic condition of the other roommate. The property is very close to the city business facilities, hospitals, and banks; very close to the city of Boulder, and Denver Metro areas; minutes to the beautiful Estes Park, within an hour to the Rocky Mountain National Park, and minutes to the RTD Rail Station in Thornton. ABOUT THE TERMS: The private bedroom is on the 2nd floor comes with its own full bathroom, a closet, a full-size bed, mattresses, a dresser, and two nightstands. The rental is for only one individual. Rental period is for a minimum three months stay and goes month-to-month but renewable for longer period.
