Aviation Student Looking For Room

Hi!
I'm a 19 year old male currently enrolled in an full-time aviation program in a local community college. I'm looking to move to Fort Collins as it is just north of my campus and I've fallen in love with the area. I love to run, hike, and road cycle. I'm always down to go on a new adventure or try a new food. I consider myself quite clean. I'd like to move in around late November to mid December, so I'm not in too much of a rush. I can provide references and proof of income as needed. Thank you!
