My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to move in November 1st! We live in a one floor house in the Harvey Park neighborhood, right off the 35 bus route. We have all new appliances in the kitchen installed last year, including a brand new dishwasher, stove and oven range, and refrigerator, as well as a brand new drier in the laundry room. You will share a bathroom with Austin, he's 29, very kind and good with communication. I'm 26, non binary, and most comfortable living with women and queer people, but we are open to anyone that seems like a good fit! We like to keep the house very clean and are looking for someone with similar expectations. We have a large fenced backyard and no pets currently. I'm allergic to cats, but well behaved dogs are welcome! 420 friendly. There is a $900 deposit, rent is $900, and utilities included xcel, water, and wifi, usually ranging between $75-130 each. We are looking for someone to sign a year lease beginning November 1st, but we would like to have a period ideally to make sure we are a good fit. Please reach out if you have any questions!
