ROOM FOR RENT looking for Male Hey guys! I am looking for a male roomate to fill a 2 bed 1 bath in Irvine (Park West Apartments) mid October or early November. My roomate just got a job in Denver and he is looking for someone to take over his lease. Rent is 1350 each plus utilities. Parking is free and laundry is on. You have access to shared kitchen and living areas as well. Feel free to let me know if you’re interested! A little bit about me, I’m 25, clean, respectful, I work a corporate 9-5 M-F, I have a small friendly cat, I enjoy working out and playing basketball on the weekends. I am looking for someone who is similar! Please text if interested
