Start date as soon as early 15 Sept. One unfurnished bedroom in a shared two-bedroom apartment available for rent. Available to a female professional in late twenties/early thirties. The monthly rent is $1300 with utilities coming out to roughly $150 per month. There is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, listed price is assuming unfurnished. The apartment has a lot of storage space throughout. This is not a new building, so the place has some charm and quirks, but I really love it. The apartment has easy access to SLU & Fremont, and is on the 40, 62, E bus lines. There's easy access to Aurora Ave & it’s only a 10m1n drive to Green Lake. Nearby grocery stores include PCC & Whole Foods. The neighbors & neighborhood are calm. I love the outdoors: hiking, skiing (Epic pass), free diving; and sports like rowing and pickleball. I also enjoy cooking (I’m pescatarian) and hosting friends for brunch and boardgame nights. I’m generally tidy but not too uptight about it, we can work out a chore list and pitch in where needed. Amenities: -Dishwasher -Furnished common spaces, large living room -Standard kitchen appliances -Bathtub -In-building laundry -Lots of storage -could fit a bike -Fast wifi -Big TV -Portable AC in living room -Door-code protected entry with security cameras -Shared parking spot between the two of us (and decent street parking) Note: I don't have pets, and can’t accommodate cats/dogs/rodents. I’m sensitive to some smells/chemicals, so no smoking or heavy scents like candles/room sprays. I also use eco-friendly & low tox cleaning products where possible. I’m a pescatarian so ideally the incoming roommate isn’t frequently cooking red meat. Thanks!
