Small Bedroom in Beaverdale. The house is currently shared between me and my gf. I own the house and am just looking to rent out one of my rooms. The room is furnished with a bed and we plan to further furnish it with a tv, dresser and night stands. We will also be providing air conditioning for the room. Only looking for a female roommate as that’s what me and my partner are comfortable with.
