2600 Square foot home

Hi, my name is Kathryn. I am a 49-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Parrish. The monthly rent is $1250 and the room is available immediately.

This is a 5 bedroom 3 full bath home with just over 2600 square feet. Only my husband, my dog (Odin) and I live in. Both my husband and I work. There will be times you won't even see us (lol). You will have the whole north end upstairs with private bathroom and living area. Common areas would be downstairs kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room on 2nd floor. We are pet friend but extra deposit would be required. Utilities included would be water, internet and electricity.
