Looking for a new buddy!

Hi everyone, I hope you're having a good day. So my buddy is moving out of our apartment, now I'm looking for another roommate before the end of the month. Here's the highlights:
-Rent: Approximately $1300 per month so $650 each, with a separate water charge based on usage.
-Location: The Park Hill Apartments off of Alumni Road.
-Amenities: It has 2 beds 1 bath, with a washer/dryer, free internet/cable, good A/C, a small outdoor balcony, a fireplace, and a swimming pool. There's also a fitness center, though I haven't used it myself. Maintenance requests are also answered very quickly compared to my experiences elsewhere. -Me: So, I'm a 28-year-old guy, and I'm typically pretty introverted until I get to know you (though I do like Magic the Gathering). I am very calm and easygoing preferring to avoid conflict. I also put a decent amount effort in to keep the place relatively clean, though I'm pretty relaxed about it except for dirty dishes. I do work nights however, coming home around 4:00 to 5 AM Tuesday-Saturday (hope you're not a light sleeper). Also, I'm sorry to be a party pooper, but I don't smoke, vape, do drugs, or drink alcohol so if you could please indulge elsewhere.
