Room Available Off Brainerd

The house is just off Brainerd and Moore. Shady fenced in yard 🙂 Your room is 110 sq ft and has a closet. Shared bathroom, galley kitchen, big living room, small garage, lots of space in the attic for storage. Bus stop 5 minute walk up the street. I have a washer and dryer. Internet, water, and trash included! You’d be living with me (32 single lesbian) and two cattle dogs (10F and 5M). I’m the owner so I’m there to address any issues that pop up right away. No cats, but a dog is a possibility if a meet and greet with mine goes well. I work from home half the week/commute to work the other half. I /am/ hard of hearing so you may need to inform me if I’m being noisy, but you would be free to be as loud as you want!
