LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE, my current roommate is moving out at the end of September. Nice house in East Point, you would get essentially your own half of the house; big bed room, bathroom, side room, and two closets (my current roommate is not fully moved out yet so none of the furniture will be there). 850$ for your half of the rent + an average of 200-250$ for your half of the utilities. I am looking for absolutely anyone who is dependable with rent and a credit score of 600 or over (to get approved by the rental company) can move in as early as September 31st
