Private unfurnished room available | looking for a friendly, mature working professional (ideally 30s–40s) to share my 2 bed / 1 bath home in Normal Heights | available September 8th A little about me: I’m a hybrid working professional who really enjoys having a peaceful, comfortable home. I’m friendly and can be social but definitely appreciate having my own space and tend to be a homebody at times. I'm into yoga and meditation and love to create abstract art in my free time. I really love living here. It's cozy! The house has lots of natural light, a huge yard, parking + garage, and is tucked into a quiet neighborhood while still being close to Adams Ave, restaurants, coffee, and major highways. The room is private and unfurnished. Rent is $1,475/month + utilities, with a one-month security deposit. Lease signage date is September 8th & move in date is flexible. I’m looking for someone who is independent, respectful, and has their own life outside of home. I’m friendly and enjoy a good roommate relationship, but I also really value having our own space and routines. I’m a bit of a homebody at times and think home should feel like a sanctuary, so someone who enjoys doing their own thing and appreciates a relaxed, low-pressure household would probably be a great fit.
